Yeah pretty much.. usually its more than 2 preventable accidents where you run into problems.. get that ticket dismissed and the accident I don't think will hurt you too much.

If that is all you have, yes. I had 2 accidents on my record, but neither were preventable. One I was rear ended sitting at a stop light. The other a car behind pulled out, hit another car, spun that car and they hit my pickup while I was sitting at a red light.
I also had a 15 mph over speeding thicket. -
That’s great that I can get the pre hires on my own. I thought that I would have to go through the school to get my pre hires done.CrappieJunkie Thanks this.

They can help, but I did it on my own. I just went to different companies website and applied when the call I did the phone interview. They said they would love to have me. Explained to them I needed a prehire and they either mailed them or faxed it to the school.
Only thing going aganist you, right now, is age. Most otr companies want you to be 23. But by time you get this all set up you will probablybe close enough to your birthday that they will let it slide. -
I was at the stop sign on a narrow road. A car was trying to turn down the road that I was on and stopped to let me go. So the car behind them didn’t see me nor did I see them. They swerved around the car to get back in the right lane and as I was turning on the road they hit me from the back and I went into a brick building. Both cars were totaled. And I got a failure to yield because they had the right of wayCrappieJunkie Thanks this.

I got my class A right at 21 and was pre-hired to Central Refrigerated.. although I never went, 21 is definitely not out of the question for long haul.. Don't know if its changed since then.CrappieJunkie Thanks this.

So what companies do y’all suggest to get my pre hires from?

Age isn't necessarily a deal breaker, but they do consider it.Emgee Thanks this.

Start with Swift, Werner, maybe Western Express. They generally will hire anyone. No offense, but your goal right now is just get prehires. Also, maybe USA Truck.

Definitely will be on top of it in the morning.CrappieJunkie Thanks this.
