Ok I'm all out of Popkorn, so I'm gonna comment. 5 times the limit of .08 is .4. Granted for most folks .4 would be comatose or worse. BUT, its not terribly uncommon for people to have a higher BAC , blood alcohol content, and still be standing.

 

For the record BAC of .4. To .45 is for most adult humans going to be fatal. This is somewhere between 25 and 35 drinks. Anything much over .45 is deadly. The country star Keith Whitley had a BAC of .47 and this killed him.

 

In others words this story is a bunch of embellished drama queen bull ####

As others have said ,you complain but do nothing to change your situation. You claim you would need outrageous money for otr or double what you get. I have read alot of your postings, sir you don't make that much where you are to call double that outrageous money. You and I have possibly been behind a wheel similar amount of time. Difference between you and I , I mind my business keep my nose to the grindstone and make myself the most valuable trucker I can. What human resources has going on with other drivers or how they choose to deal with those drivers isn't an iota of concern to me. After all that I probably stack more than double you each week.

Yeah there is. Drive slow. The heavier the load you have the better. If it's that bad, park it.

 

Why not food delivery? Start 6 am. Finish by 2 or 3 most days. Home every night and can make upwards of 70k a year.

 

5x what legal limit? The guy was driving a CMV so it would have been 5x .04, not .08.
