You know, in some states, until you are convicted of DUI, you cannot be charged with a DUI 2nd. If your boss plays his cards right, gets an attorney to get him a hardship license for the driver, he can get drunk and drive a lot between now and the trial. Heck, get the trial postponed numerous times and he can drive drunk for another year or better. Pretty sweet if you are an alcoholic trucker.
absolutely unbelievable DWI, one of our company drivers

The dude I used to drive for would probably hire the DUI driver. Moreover, I'm sure he'd do the same thing letting him drive until DOT said no, to get that freight down the road.
They had a driver I use to complain about a lot, he just destroyed loads, rear end someone finally, killed them and crippled two others on I-17.
They lady in the office had him sitting in another truck, hooked to a load, waiting for his drug test to come back.
Ooooops, positive for meth.
Last I heard the dude still hasn't seen a jail cell, and is looking to get hired on as a driver, he is actively seeking work.
Company is getting sued for 2 million.austinmike and Bean Jr. Thank this. -

A hairdresser could be a good call though. I had a roommate in college, real manly man, former infantry, and he was a manicurist. He did it to upset his manly man step father who used to beat him for not being tough enough!Smut, Dave_in_AZ, buddyd157 and 1 other person Thank this. -
