You know, in some states, until you are convicted of DUI, you cannot be charged with a DUI 2nd. If your boss plays his cards right, gets an attorney to get him a hardship license for the driver, he can get drunk and drive a lot between now and the trial. Heck, get the trial postponed numerous times and he can drive drunk for another year or better. Pretty sweet if you are an alcoholic trucker.

You're concerned about tipping a 53' van in the wind, but driving a smooth bore tanker doesn't concern you?

The dude I used to drive for would probably hire the DUI driver. Moreover, I'm sure he'd do the same thing letting him drive until DOT said no, to get that freight down the road.
They had a driver I use to complain about a lot, he just destroyed loads, rear end someone finally, killed them and crippled two others on I-17.
They lady in the office had him sitting in another truck, hooked to a load, waiting for his drug test to come back.
    Ooooops, positive for meth.
Last I heard the dude still hasn't seen a jail cell, and is looking to get hired on as a driver, he is actively seeking work.
Company is getting sued for 2 million.

I'm sure foodservice is far below princess' standards. She'd last about an hour throwing cases anyways. I'd pay a dollar to watch though. This chick needs to be a hairdresser, can ##### and moan and gossip all day and get paid for it.

What happened to the dump truck job you had last fall with the wonderful truck and the most wonderful lady boss dispatcher? You came on here several times just telling everyone what a great job it was and you were gonna be there forever!

He's a dude. He said his wife works nights so he does the dad thing over night.

A hairdresser could be a good call though. I had a roommate in college, real manly man, former infantry, and he was a manicurist. He did it to upset his manly man step father who used to beat him for not being tough enough!

Unfortunately your mostly correct with that comment. I would just add one thing to it. ____ Until said driver while driving drunk hits and kills a family of 4 going to see granny. Then an attorney digs all this up and all the sudden said (boss) loses his business paying all the settlements.
