Do a search on TMC, and you'll come up with quite a few threads on them. Just be sure to chose the 'Show Threads' option.

You can apply to TMC for a pre-hire. TMC may offer you a pre-hire letter stating that you appear to meet their qualifications and if you do procure a CDL you then have a leg up on other applicants.

Then you need to go to a CDL school, preferably one that TMC tells you is acceptable. Obtain your CDL.

When you are nearing the end of CDL school keep in touch with your recruiter. Let him/her know of your progress.

As a student TMC will have you attend a two week orientation in either Iowa or South Carolina. Then you will be paired with a trainer for 5 weeks who will teach you all the things that you don't know yet, especially load securement.
