Birdeye, I gave hard thought to Swift. In fact, thats where I would have went if the recuriter called me back. I called him 4-5 times and he never called me back. That kinda rubbed me wrong. The folks at Roehl at least returned all me calls within a couple hours. I see Swift trucks all over the place, you cant swing a cat without hitting one. They have the area deal too. I cant remember what they call it but it looks decent. Well, good luck. By the way, Im in Ulster County, Kingston.

Metal Coil sucks..........I failed twice. Tell you what, make sure you read the back half of the test book. I found thats where most of the test questions came from. Let me know how you make out, good luck.

I tried Roehl and never heard back from them! Plus with Swift there is only the 3 day orientation and 6 weeks with the mentor since I have my CDL-A with N&T but no recent experience thats where I kept getting stuck! I will know for sure Monday when they give me the bus and hotel reservations. I have come to believe NO ONE in this until I sit my ### in my own truck i'm not hired yet! Actually Greyhound has one of my pick up stops in Kingston, then Amsterdam along the route to Swift in Syracuse.....:biggrin_25515:MERRY CHRISTMAS to all!
