I have Volvo FM12 380 and I when I press the ACCELERATOR PEDAL there is no acceleration. I already checked and replaced the relay sensors but that wasn't the problem. I also checked and replaced the pedal sensor but the truck still won't accelerate. The engine turns on, my truck is on, it just won't accelerate forward. What could I do? What is wrong?

Did you check that the actual accelerator pedal itself isn't bad, they do wear out and even replacing the pedal position sensor will not help it.
-
New pedal with the sensors is plug and play with 2 bolts holding it on.. there is a video on YouTube showing how to replace it.. when I did mine it was 260 or 280 for the pedal.. I love YouTube lol

Well u could always idle all the way to your next destination
or get a qualified technician to check it out.

It won't accelerate? Well it is a Volvo, its probably running just fine.

Lmao, that’s exactly what I intended to say when I clicked on the thread. To hell with those new edge emissions and electronic junk. Ok so to ad actual input, get yourself a scanner or have the truck acanned

Hey now. My volvo out accellerates most when I am loaded. But since I got these pricy Michilin XDN2 sneakers I have been babying the heck out of them.
KB3MMX Thanks this. -
Hmmm I out pull 2/3 of the trucks on the road with a little Volvo D13- 455XE. Give me a old cat for power but i wouldn't want the fuel bill of one again.
