PLEASE stay away from US Truck Carrier LLC - out of Des Moines, IA

Stay away from US Truck Carrier - they are not the same as USA Trucks. My husband made the mistake of signing on with them. They are horrible communicators, only want to communicate through text and the only person you can reach via phone is Mike Davis and he will BS you just to get you signed on.My husband regrets ever doing business with them as they are a nightmare. None of the dedicated loads they advertise are available. They do not want you to use electronic logs and push you to drive long hours and go back to back with loads. If you can not find anything about a company online it is best to stay away. We learned the hard way and can not wait to get away but the contract requires a 30 day notice. One guy from here sent us a message that he left last year in Sept and he still has not gotten his last settlement - they hold the 1st four loads and they still have not released his money with no good reason, they just started to ignore him. We expect the same once we give our notice. Go with a company that you can talk to someone about, that has departments where you can actually call and reach people. Do not do it, even if you just want the experience this is not the place.

 

The guy that heads Dispatch is from Serbia. We made a big mistake but are working on an exit strategy.

 

Hi, I will call you shortly. I tried to call dispatch a few days ago, all lines disconnected. I do not even see any ads on Craigslist anymore and payroll is no longer responding to emails. It looks like they are either out of business or doing business under another name. Can you message me and tell me a little about your dealings with them? Probably have to cut our losses.
