If you look on Indeed, you will find a few...
Read the add carefully though, as some will be in lets say San Angelo but in fact they are recruiting for the yard in Kermit... ( that's for Vista ) - Else in San Angelo, you have Northwest Logistics, Caron, Vista (ex Maalt).

The company I've been with, has been good. I love sandhauling compared to OTR and HazMat.

I have a follow-up question, please. I am talking to one outfit that pays by the hour ($25) and guarantees 40 hours per week, over 40 is OT. Another pays a percentage of what you haul. The benefits (medical, 401k, etc.) are about the same. Both haul frac sand. As a company driver, which pays better, hourly, or a percentage, when hauling sand?
-
I would almost say go for the hourly. 70-80 hrs a week would be $2100-2500. You could possibly make a lil more on percentages, but you will have some crappy weeks and sitting around @12.50 per hour would kinda suck -
Try CraigsList...

Try CL? I take it you mean for leads on who are hiring?

I think that I just sent filled out an application for Northwest myself. I was on the web and came across them. A driver of theirs that has been with them 8 plus years left a pretty decent review so I figured I'd see what they had to offer. I'm pulling a tank hauling cement here in the Panhandle and looking for a change. We're relocating to South Central Florida within the next year and not very good paying outfits down that way. Northwest has a heavy haul side as well if the tank side gets old.
