    Honestly, I cannot say yet fully. But from what I do see, they don't seem to be the most beefed up company looks-wise. I have a blog on their orientation so far and will document my training experience. But the feedback I have heard about BTC so far has been positive. Their pay package is definitely competitive to most of the starter flatbed companies.

    never workd for btc but i see lots of their truck on i-40 i-55 and i-240 here in the memphis area.

    you could do worse and get hired on with another-(larger)-flatbed carrier.:biggrin_25510:
