Thinking about turning horse power up on ISX 15

I have a 2015 KW T680 with a ISX 15 Cummins engine and an "Eaton Fuller UltraShift Plus" auto shift tranny.
I am considering turning the HP from 450 to 500 HP.
Any words of caution or advice is greatly appreciated.

I like the auto shift very well, have had no problems with it. It's really great in stop and go traffic.
