Simonson Logistics alliance with Bridger & Gibson

Simonson Logistics is the name of the company. The owner's name is David Simonson. He runs his business as a Crude oil transport company contractor. The company is based out of Utah, but currently operates in New Mexico. Simonson Logistics is currently contracted to Bridger Group/ Bridger Logistics and most recently with Gibson Energy. Bridger who is aware of David Simonson's fraud tactics and has offered no assistance and still allows Simonson Logistics to operate under their authority. David Simonson has defrauded his past employees an estimate of near $15,000.00

David Simonson has also blaintently told the untruth that the company has gone bankrupt.

Simonson Logistics continues to operate for Bridger group/Bridger Logistics and Gibson Energy. David Simon as of 01\26\2018 has not paid his former employees.

I know Bridger Group monitors various truck Driver Forums and is likely to see this post. Feel free to tell David Simonson that I will gladly remove this post when he pays his former employees in full.

David Simonson of Simonson Logistics , as of 3/28/2018 you have failed to appear in person, via phone or council for the hearing of which you had received certified notice to appear.

David Simonson of Simonson Logistics you have also failed to provide the subpoenaed documentation requested by those in authority over this hearing.
And by the way you have 14 days to make payment or else.... You know what happens next and I don't think you want to go there.
Feel free to dispose of your false ego and narcissistic personality from here on.
And as a kind jester I still offer to remove this post upon receipt of certified funds In the next 14 days as ordered.
And I will extend a further courtesy to personally meet you at the local law enforcement office relevant to the jurisdiction and receive the payments from you personally. And I will see to it that the involved parties receive it in a swift manner.
