    Tax dollars hard at work. You would think the state would at least make sure you were employable beforing shelling out a bunch of other people's money for your cdl

    i paid taxes just like anybody else worked 15 years in a shipyard so any money they shelled out was well deserved I believe. I can take my cdl with all my experience strait to the operating engineers but wanted to give the trucking industry a try too

    Don't know what your finances are , but Goodwill industries hires newbies and people with legal issues. Does't pay worth alot , but you'll get plenty of driving and backing, and somewhat normal hrs.
