Not hard to do.Buy a new rubber gasket.Would also be a good time to install a new oil pump. You can do the whole job, including oil change in a half day or so.

Not difficult to do, me and a mechanic friend had one of ours off a couple weeks ago to check the torque on the connecting rod bolts (118 to 137 ft lbs, btw) and had changed the front seal. We jacked up the front axle and put a couple 2x12's under each tire for more clearance. Make sure you put some RTV black silicone where there's a seam at the bottom of the block in each corner. Ours seemed to have a small leak around the oil temp sensor, not the sensor itself but the fitting that goes into the pan, took it apart and resealed it and seemed to work.
