Unlike Swift, England’s and etc which take pride in making these pictures. LTL companies don’t want any part of this. So likely hood of them wanting experience could come back if this keeps on happening. No experienced driver would do this.

I really don’t see how this even happened. Surely the drivers depth perception wasn’t that off where he didn’t notice a drop off?

Ouch. Without any background info it's hard to say if that was a newbie or not, but it's hard to imagine an experienced driver doing something like that. I have seen some really stupid things from guys that should know better though.
