Lost title, IAA unit

    Hey all, first time happened to me. I lost title to an IAA unit. How much I should agree to pay the broker. Can I negative rate him if he takes more than $150 or in worst case entire $500 owed me for shipping. Thanks for your input

    I don't haul from salvage auctions but is that common to get the title while picking up there?

    I, as a customer, who bought from from salvage auctions before, would have been pissed.
    Now iaai has to request new title, it will take few weeks to get it, just loss of time, nothing really criminal.

    I spoke to customer and was told it's ok, he told me to request new one next time I'm there. As if loosing title, I left it on drivers seat but very strong winds we had last days must had blow it out of the truck
