bro thats hard to say for sure. Gonna have to clean your engine real good and monitor it. I just picked up a buddies truck with detroit last week from shop. He was losing oil from his cam seal. But his truck is a 94 freightliner

Step one when chasing an oil leak on something that oil covered is to give it a good bath. Then take it for a drive and see where the leak originates from.
-
Here are some pictures where it was clean and then start leaking. What do you think?

Looks like somewhere up front. Front crank seal? Maybe front cover leaking? Kinda hard to say.
-
Hard to tell.
But looks like it originates from the top front.
Maybe diamond seal or top cam cover to case gasket? -
do you think that splash stains are coming because the fan? it looked cleaned before then the splash.
-
It looks like it is coming from the front cam area underneath the upper bracket.
