    I could not agree more. While I believe in legitimate traffic enforcement, I also do not see anything here other than a money maker for the various government agencies involved.

    The article says that the camera takes a pix of the license plate, then mails a ticket to the registered ownere. BUT if the owner fills out a form certifying that he was not the driver, then the whole thing goes away.

    I think it stinks.
