Make A Spot my favorite game. Back in the northeast days.
bryan21384, Brickwall, IluvCATS and 1 other person Thank this. -
I must live a charmed life. Always get a spot, never pay.
I do start early though. 600 mile day, I'm parked for free at a J. Could have parked in the spot right next to the one you numb skulls pay for, but since I have the cats, look for one with less traffic.
The next thread for OP will be "Does anyone else get their truck AFU at the TS?" -
I just leave early. I’m parked by 1400
IluvCATS and Dave_in_AZ Thank this. -
This is why I swore I would never park at the J in SLC again. People park on the end of the row and it's literally impossible to get out. It's to the point I don't even want to stay in truck stops anymore. Just when I think I've found a spot where there's no possible way to get blocked in, somebody proves me wrong.
easytopleez33, stwik, Finfn1372 and 5 others Thank this. -
Get rid of those solar powered trucks.
Big_D409, Pete jockey, Aamcotrans and 1 other person Thank this. -
Parking in the middle of a lot 4 deep off the scale, potentially causing a wreck...no problem! Driver in his bunk minding his own buisness having a few puffs of weed? OMG better call the cops to appease my twisted sense of morality
-
Which one is the bigger threat to the motoring public? Which one is more likely to kill a family of four?
As much as it annoys me when creative parking happens — The man smoking weed in a bunk has no business operating a commercial vehicle. -
Just stop. When that driver wakes up he will be as sober as your grandma heading to church. The bigger threat is that 70 foot vehicle everyone has to maneuver aroundIluvCATS Thanks this.
