They also have a very poor maintenance program. Experience is good but if you can't maintain a good record it may hurt your future prospects.Diesel Dave Thanks this.

West coast sand and gravel might work for a newbie. Like many have said it' slim pickings for your first gig. Also might try Andrews logistics out of gardena, it's tanker work but may hire a rookie if desperate.
