The company is still buying Freightliners with manual transmissions or all will be phased out and replaced by autos??

Last I heard they will eventually go to all autos. When that takes place is anyone's guess.

If I may, I'll be starting there very soon. New CDL grad. Reading this thread and talking with the recruiters has really sold me on this Company in my new jorney. Really looking forward. Hope they have awesome trainer's.

How’s it going spooky, glad to hear your planning to come on board. I am currently a trainer and can say that the majority of trainers are here for the right reason. Now of course you will get a few bad apples, but don’t fear.. If u find yourself in a situation then try and have a one-on-one conversation with your trainer. If you notice that’s getting nowhere then escalate. You have many people you can call such as safety, recruiter or even you driver manager. They will route you to a terminal and get you another trainer. One thing you should always do is be open and voicing your concerns. DHT will look out for you no problem. Stay safe out there

41cpm but idk if they will allow you to claim the time served with them. If u been here more then 3 years and have 2 years exp and hazmat, then your looking at 42cpm

I’ll attach the new pay here

I'm heading back to DHT in the next few months. Tried to do the local thing but the girlfriend and I realized we missed being on the road and Danny Herman is the place where we were enjoying life the most. Never should have left.
