    I did. Didn't find find anything. There is no (known to me) publication by fmcsa for this exemption. Hence the question of asking for the regulation.

    You guys need to learn not to try to split hairs.

    The driver should know how much of his drive time is left.

    No excuses.

    Here this is the guidelines, it mentioned fines, which I know are federally set.

    The states can have bigger fines.
