2nd Chance Companies ... who are they?

Halbersleben Trucking, LLC will give a driver that 2nd chance. Based out of Salt Lake City, with main yard in Phoenix AZ.

 

Western Express will hire anyone. Fact. I’m not proud of it at all, but I had a 15 over in a POV a few years back, needed a job so there I went. Lasted 2 months. Long story short, dispatcher had a bad attitude. I’m literally the easiest person to get along with. Said friends mileage may vary.

 

I agree with the smaller carriers. I have hired those who have had difficulty in the past due to poor chioices. One has turned out to be an amazing driver and integral part of my operation.

hahahhaa, hence why i dont work there anymore. but they will give people a job, and experience.

 

Will any of these companies hire me if I have a handheld usage citation?

 

Do 1099 companies allow me a better option to get hired on with a handheld violation?
