I'd probably take the JB intermodal. Food service is a back killer...
roscold90 Thanks this. -
I drove intermodal for Hunt - good company i liked them. Would still be there but they gave me a terrible FM so i left.
Never drove for maclane but i did do food service and i liked it. Liked it better than intermodal for Hunt because i got to meet people and get excersize. Very little work as most freight was palatized and was unloaded for me but it was all driver assist so sometimes i would grab the pallet jack and do it , sometimes they would do it for me. Once in awhile we would unload and stack boxes but rare. 2 to 5 stops a day. Sometimes a full 53 foot loaded reefer sometimes only half a loaded trailer. It was dedicted so 50% loaded 50% empty paid all miles plus stop pay.roscold90 Thanks this. -

If your in it for the money. Don’t mind physical work. Mclane is where it’s at.
If you want to bump docks and 45k-65k fits your needs then JB and you prefer no physical work.roscold90 Thanks this. -

There are guys making 100k+ so the money is here. Just depends on how much you want to work. If you come in on your days off they’ll pay you an extra $100 if your a bid route driver. We work on a 60 hour work week not 70.localguy65 and roscold90 Thank this. -
