Seeing as how Roehl runs E-Logs in their trucks, that shouldn’t be an issue. If anything they’re going to be more focused on how that car ran amok off a dead-end side road onto a major interstate artery without taking an on-ramp.;)

i heard about this. wtf people. i drove that stretch of road about 3.5 hours prior to the incident. certainly appears deliberate on the 4 wheelers part.

    Fone fiddling. Not paying attention

Few years ago car with four people in it hit a T intersection overpass concrete barrier thing at high rate of speed. Went right thru concrete barrier like it was cardboard. Went airborne into side of building and caught fire. All dead. Alcohol was involved.

they will pull the "black box" and check his speed, maybe the lane he was in, sudden steering wheel movements, maybe check and see if he took a detour route, rather than the route he was supposed to be on, etc, etc.

they will leave no stone unturned.

hey buddyd157- Why are you so negative?

You almost Sound like you are looking for the truck to be at fault-

Does our Wife suggest you may be a Drama Queen?

not being negative, being realistic. the family of the car driver will be pursued by a lawyer that will convince the family, he can find fault from the trucker, and get a gazillion dollars in a settlement.

have you been hiding under a rock?

Well Roehl’s trucks typically top out at 62 mph and seeing as how the truck was driving on I-465(which realistically, they WANT thru trucks to take that highway to avoid going through the center of the city anyway),I think they’ll chalk this one up to the 4 wheeler doing something stupid.

Good luck with that. Roehl’s truck fleet is more lo-jacked with cameras and sensors than almost all the other megas.
