Crete Carrier - A Year In Review - Fall 2013 Going Forward

I looked up Crete’s reviews on this site,and although they are old,there not very promising.

 

Once I get my XP at Schneider I am thinking of applying to Crete.

 

I've just finished my first week. 6.25 days of driving 2200 miles. Never waited 30 min before my next load. Spending my 34 at a terminal getting minor repair on tractor. Most drivers I spoke to here say Crete was the best move they made. Heard more complaints from Schafer drivers than Crete but many of those seemed to be there nature of refer over dry van. Nice showers and free laundry at new terminal in Mechanicsburg. I'm happy so far.

 

Of my orientation class if 12, 3 had sleep apnea studies. They were all BIG boys.

 

Come on over. Just did my best two back to back months since I've been with Crete. Operations is also doing a lot more preplanning plus other new things like encouraging fueling at terminals to get rolling faster. Crete seems to be running on all cylinders right now.

 

Fueling at terminals to get rolling faster?..thats funny..if that's what they're telling you, then they're just blowing smoke...because it would have nothing to do with that...lol...cost more than anything..

 

I think the way they explained it, if you were at the terminal for the night or for whatever reason, it would be quicker to fuel there than to leave and stop at a truck stop to fuel

 

Verizon wants proof I still work at Crete for the employee discount.
I deleted the email, I hope they forget about it.
Should I pay Verizon full price or go back to Crete?
