Holy moly, doesn't matter how many times I do it, I am always amazed at how much schtuff one person can accumulate on a truck. I'm at Fargo doing what I should have done over the weekend, cleaning off a truck is too darn much like work!

This will be the 2nd(and last) time I've left Magnum and the first time around they dropped some stuff on my DAC, but it was all legit even if the information wasn't entirely accurate. Gotta pull your DAC at least once a year and make sure everything is right, if it's not, you can file a dispute. The listing company then has 30 days to provide proof, if they don't provide proof or don't do it in time then Hire Right is required to remove the offending information per the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Woobie, the problem isn’t reporting any incidents, it’s the timing and there’s really no way to differentiate a major incident versus a minor or who was at fault. Magnum has been waiting and then dumping any and all incidents on your DAC whenever someone has turned in their resignation, therefore nothing will show up whenever you check it once a year! Again, this is (IMO) crappy business! If there is something to put up there, put it up there in a timely manner!

I don't think so. Their website says they use industry specific terminology so there's no chance of the report being misconstrued. Wonderful system that protects their ### and screws the driver.

@Xeres63 I think DAC reporting is only required when a driver leaves the company. They get "credit" for providing info on drivers, whatever that means.

    Winnyf1, Zata40 and Xeres63 Thank this.

You can skip DAC and just ask Safety to see your personal file. They have to show it to you. And you should have a pretty good idea what's in there anyway.

In other news, parking at the porno shop on US-35 in WV is now for paying customers only. Can't wait to tack that one on a trip sheet.

They don't anymore. But might be worth a laugh.

The Pilot in Hurricane is going to have to step up their game. Peep show and parking up the road.

Darn, my reload got canceled and now I gotta sit around in ATL waiting for a new one. Like one of the worse places to have this happen with a 1am mclane apt.
