    How much data does it eat to connect to Landstars load board and do whatever else you need to do on line there for the month? Im looking at various options and frankly I cant make a determination without having some sort of idea on how much I am going to need. I will be heading to Rockford on monday (at least I think so, they havent gotten the drug screen back yet) and was wondering if I should get an unlimited monthly plan (around $75 a month) or go with one of the pay as you go options.

    Misread their plans. For their Mifi system its 10 bucks plus 10 bucks per 2 gig. Their phone plan is unlimited for 80. I dont want to use the phone as a hot spot.

    Not worried about the money. I want to know how much data is needed.

    I have 5 gigs a month & use about 2 or 3. I'm all over the internet, but I don't do video's much. If you want to watch videos, figure 1 gig per hr. Otherwise general data is minimal.
    Get 5 gigs & monitor your usage but just looking at Landstar's load board, I'd be surprised if you use 250 MB (1/4 of a gig) a month.

    I got sprint on my I pad unlimited.
    80 bucks a month. Worth every penny.
    No data limits.
    I use 3 to 4 hundred gigs a month watching YouTube.
