All hand unloads and high turnover...he quitting drivers. Last I heard transferring off account is almost impossible due to perpetual shortage of drivers.

 

I ran it for about 2 years. unaware of changes made. consistant miles. cpm a bit low compared to system drivers. stop pay and unload pay really helped pad the pay.

if you do take it, run it as a regional home weekly position. you get a better sleep schedule that way. there were drivers there that had been on it for 20 yrs or more. off load pallet product and the clothes on hangers from racks at the roof.

steady money and home every week no question. plus dedicated support shift is far more helpful and efficient than system support......

 

What was the pay like for the route?

 

couple years ago they bumped those guys up. I really cant say what range they offer now to be honest.

Not a bad gig overall. store people were nice to work with.
