watch out for gay trainers

I agree with brink. Its a company truck that Roehl entrusted that guy to train our op. I can think of three violations from work that apply here:

Sexual harassment
Violation of personal space after student told trainer not too
Harassment in general

You left but our op did not. I respect your opinion, but you were not on clock when your incident happened. Had our op been given this chance, i'm sure he would have taken it.

Couldn't agree more. At least there's one other grown up man around here! Probably the same buncha guys complainin' about no freight, I can't find a parkin space, fuel prices, truck stop food, my #ss hurts......

NEWS FLASH - Life isn't always fair, fun, comfortable or easy.

 

There was no "incident". The guy was made to feel uncomfortable... OH MY... lions and tigers and bears! We can't have anyone in an uncomfortable situation...... EVERYONE MUST BE comfortable and happy all of the time! JEEEEEEZZZZ...

Granted, had it been me, the company would have been finding me a new trainer because the old one would be in the hospital.

With some of the freaks that are out there these days, a person's safety should not be joked about. Take a look at that freak Jeffery Dahmer.

 

I agree, anyone who knows me knows that I'm a champion of the weak and the underdog. Personally I would never take advantage of my size, strength or position. But we're not talking about male on female abuse or harassment. We're talking about a possible maybe almost mighta happened same sex situation. Nothing happened. A non event.

Are Gay Trainers really a problem these days??

I had a Gay friend in college (lived next door) and I made it clear to him that when we were out drinking, if he approached me 'improperly' that I would punch him out!

He never did; at least, I dont remember anything....

 

You ask for it. now what you goin to do. You see if you stay out long enough you will be able to train with IT. That was great picture I almost fell off my chair and my drink almost hit my keyboard.
