There’s plenty of loopholes in those leases....
Ryder has been rumored to have told customers sorry no trucks available.....

Well, that's their problem, I'm not going to apply there. :^)
I agree that paper contracts don't mean a lot much of the time. -
A loaner or even an available rental is a big deal. When the shop noodles around for a week+ its a real budget killer.speedyk Thanks this.

I have read a lot of bad reviews on Ryder leases even though they offer "full repair" coverage..yeah I'll bet.Cybercat Thanks this.

How are things coming? I dont have time to read through everything. Looking for hard number outside of the truck issues, like what you are averaging per mile when you are running.
-
Gotta give me some time to get smoothed out before I can answer current situation. I gave hard numbers earlier I think back in February before It hit the fan. I'm getting excellent mileage with new truck so that should bump my bottom line.
I've been out 3 days and by tomorrow will have grossed over $3300 so far.Cybercat Thanks this. -
Wasn't trying to come off like a a-hole. I am just really interested in doing l/p with JB. Did they provide the truck or is it through a 3rd party dealer?

I was in Hersey Michigan and saw a billboard announcing it was the home of Dairy Poo. I thought, What an unfortunate name for an ice cream parlor.....

I didn't think you were being a stinker. This is through 3rd party Tel. I've only had this lease for 4 days and there's a couple things about how tel does business that I'm not crazy about. My earlier lease was through bcl and I was tres disgusted with them. It probably would have been ok if I hadn't gotten a lemon. JB only leases 47 of their own trucks at a time so they're not available that often. There's a waiting list for new tel kws. That's all I know. But I really like JB. I was thinking about the advantages of running their trailers instead of my own just today when I pulled up beside their mobil fix it truck and had them replace a difficult trailer light on the spot.

Did you have a down payment and can you post up the websites of the 2 places you have gotten trucks thus-far?
