    thats what lawyers are for and a short search
    on Google has shown that there are things that
    probably weren't done correctly in this case
    the level cited was less than half the .04%
    so they used a zero tolerance, a retest after
    a short period of time likely (15 minutes)
    probably would have shown much less than that or been negative. Ethyl alcohol is a good disinfectant and that is why the dentist wanted it used

    If you say so.............The bottom line is, he took the stuff and should have been aware of it's contents. He could have called and said, "Hey I can't come to work, the Doc has me on alchol. <---Spelling.

    WOW,I didn't know that using mouthwash to rinse your mouth out could ever raise that breath alcohol test so high. To me you'd have to drink a whole bottle of the stuff. That's a good question to ask the dr.,got to get my Dot physical next month. i'll give you all an answer when I find out.

    You would be surprise what mouth wash can do. Go on the internet and pull up mouth wash and breath test.
