One of my customers has several 53x96 trailers that are old. They suck imo. Look weird behind you too lol

It's a Texas State Law. Nothing at all to do with USDA rules (I am USDA HACCP certified).
It's a supposed enforcement tool. If you ever haul fish in Texas, and the revenuers find out, they will come after you for the required $1,000 annual permit to haul fish in the State.

I much enjoyed telling them to piss up a rope. And I'm an Aggie, to boot.

    I never realized that.

usually they have TWO 48's on a daycab. Those people are #### good. Big power too back in them days. Makes me ashamed when one outpulls me on a uphill loaded say near Rochester or some place.

I don't recall any fish in Texas thankfully. It's going to be Maryland Crab on the Bay near St Micheals or St Maries or one of the saints //teasing he he he... (You have to be a local...) Ive gone into Cape Cod Mass for my fish a few times.

We used to purchase ocean going fish caught in the open atlantic for our resturant decades ago. They will go out 10 miles or so from the Virginia Capes into the open waters, catch like 40 or so come back and sell it to my relative who owned the place for cash money. I don't recall the exact fish but I remember they brought some serious good money from those who were chartered to go get it at sea.

I better shut up about the sea. I have a homesick pang missing it.

There is another location that got alot of our fish, Whorleys of Pittsburgh A very old and honored facility. To get inside is to step back 150 years into time in some cases when delivering into there.
