Aerodynamic noise on volvo 670

    good afternoon . Just got my 2018 brand new Volvo 670 , and on the higher speed, up then 60 , I hear annoying noise in the cabin. Sounds like cabin has a tiny hole in the corner of passenger side door and windshield area. Can’t find nothing wrong door rubber seals . Sometimes it’s may gone depend of wind. Really annoying. Anybody know about that issue. Thank you!

    I think I have the same noise coming from the right side on a 2012 630.
    In my case is related to the air re-circulation.
    When I push the button (the one next to the ac) and the orange light is on I can hear a loud whistle noise coming from the right side somewhere, probably a vent is not closing all the way
    try pushing the ac circulation button on/off and see if the noise goes away.

    Check that spoiler on top off windshield.. it's happen when not tide well.. any leaks when it's raining?

    If it has the regular tube style mirror mounts, they will whistle when goin thru high winds/high speed. Mine does it too and is very annoying. They supposedly fixed this issue by putting on an aerodynamic shield gizmo around the mirror mounts but I don’t think all trucks have them for some strange reason.
