Any opinions on LCS Logistics? (Des Moines, IA)

Do you drive for ics now?

 

Im supposed to start orientation soon. Its why im looking them up.

 

It's very big deal if you're paying for the fuel ... Running with half tanks dictates where you fuel and more often, costing time and money.

 

When i said its not a big deal. I meant. That it isnt the companies fault they book the loads. And sometimes you have to watch your fuel. I agree that its not best idea to keep having to watch your fuel . I hate having to keep fueling.

 

Read the contract carefully . I see a lot of different drivers here all the time. There are to many other companies to drive for so at least you can tweak the contract in your favor and if Chris doesn’t want to you can always go elsewhere

I forgot to mention that ICS in Altoona is a cold Storage place and the boss is part owner of both companies. ICS Cold Storage and ICS Logistics.

 

Do you like it overall? Do you make a steady paycheck? Are they good at paying you on time? Is the trucks in good shape? Thanks
