Some companies do hire "helpers" to ride along and help unload and it doesn't affect the drivers pay.
Sygma Network is one of them; I've seen their ads.

It's a real stretch to get .34/.38 to $90k a year.
I don't care how much accessorial pay they can claim to have.
200,000 miles is $70k and that's pounding some ground.
I was on paper when I did 200k miles one year.
I call B.S. -
I went to a DG today while a driver was unloading & he let me try pushing a rolltainer full of dog food & some with water & yes i struggled with both. I guess if i done this on a regular basis i could get use to it, but @ 55 years old it may be too much.
