Wondering if you have any information on how you like it, pics , etc ..

Inverters are also easily added after a truck is purchased. We do most of the installs in house rather then from factory.

Get the shore power, you can always swap out the inverter. Shore power is a nice feature, with or without the inverter. As far as an APU, go with a ThermoKing unit. These new trucks do not like to be idled, the soot kills the motor in short order.

Ok I'm being told by the dealer there is no inverter -or- shore power offered on their biggest 389 sleeper the 78" ... WTF Peterbilt ?

No way! No shore power on a Pete? Find another dealer.

Correct. Only the 78" sleeper .. I'm being told... they said If i go smaller(72") they will give a factory inverter and you can option shore power.
They also won't give me a rear window! Grrrrrrr !
Dealer has fought with Pete over this, I'm guessing it's a new thing they don't offer it on the 78" ??
This is so frustrating, i don't see how it's right that the biggest sleeper they offer has the least options.... WTH
.Justrucking2 Thanks this.
