Can you help me? They have had my tend 7.0 since 5/9/2019. They won’t tell me nothing. I had to pay $100 out of warranty charge and sent it in. But they at first denied having it till I got confirmation from UPS that it arrived in KY on the 9th, then they said they had it but not till the 16th.

When I call they are very snotty about it.

 

Sorry to hear that you are getting bad service. Mark no longer works at Rand, so just letting you know that he won't be able to help. All I can say is to keep hammering their support center when possible until you get someone who is able to help (877-446-4863)
