I was going to pm you to see how it's working now. I've got my system at home to install on my KW T660. Couple questions,

Do you have a close up pic of the hole you had to cut in the sleeper for the lines?

What generator are you using again?

It should come with a sleeve to place in the hole that you cut, which prevents it from tearing the foam insulation around the lines. The back of the Volvo has 2 walls with an insulation gap between them. The insulation gets in the way while cutting the hole and can bind up on the drill.

I will caution those who embark on this journey.....one said that he bought a jug of R410.....I'm assuming you all know that you must be EPA refrigerant certified to handle any refrigerants. If the wrong person sees you it will cost starting at a 25k dollar fine unless that's changed.....just watch your back!!!!
