From what I hear, I understand why you want to leave Sweden. I would try Austraila first, maybe Canada. Although there is a so called driver shortage in the US, you will go through many chambers of hell before you got a gig that you'd be pleased with.
You take care, too. Maybe Hungary or Poland?
Best wishes! -
I thought Sweden was the place to live. Come on over and enjoy the fun. We have bigger trucks, nobody even sells cabover trucks here, big sleepers and hoods. You can drive for days ! The World's Largest Truck Stop

Check our some of the Sweden benefits. I might go to Sweden and see how it is living over their.
Mandatory benefits for employees in Sweden include:
Sick Days
Employees are entitled to 14 days of sick leaves paid by the employer of 80% of the average salary of the employee.
From the 15th onwards, employees are entitled to sickness allowance from the Swedish social insurance office.
Vacation Days
Employees are entitled to 25 paid vacation days after 1 year of employment.
I have not had a vacation in 4 years. I switched jobs and now get 7 days of vacation, maybe 14 days since I have been at same job for 2 years.Last edited: May 24, 2018

Come on over.
I think you'll find that Americans and the U.S. is not the great Satan that the world news would lead everyone to believe.
Stay on this forum and we will help answer any questions that may arise in your journey abroad.
Traffic is gnarly in the cities.
People drive rudely.. but are nice out of their vehicles.
Accept that, and you'll do great. -
Sweden is being overrun with illegals who are welcomed with open arms by the politicians there.All4Safety and 7-UP Thank this.

We have some people here from over there.
@medioker , for one. -
Well, we could use more from here over there. LOL
-
Well, not exactly illegals per se, @Chinatown. They are military-aged males from Islamic countries. So-called refugees (or invaders, if you look at the entire situation). I guess @Brant isn't keeping up with current events not found on MSM.
Eric hasn't been back. Hope he didn't venture into one of the "no go zones".
Chinatown Thanks this. -
I understand that part; They're in Sweden for a sinister reason and we know what that is. Technically, they're illegal because they lied about being refugees under the true definition of "refugee."
Anyway, best wishes on your plan. Quebec is probably your best bet as a destination right now.
