You may want to boost your immune system. These are things that may work.
Echinacea, Goldenseal, Apple cider vinegar raw, probiotics, prebiotics, vitiman c, vitiman b, Moringa, I know there are more.

If you are taking antibiotics. Than you will need probiotics to take about an hour after the antibiotics. If you were not told to get probiotics by the doctor, they are an idiot.

I have this. It is a very good quality product. I bought it on clearance because of best by date for $1 when sticker is $12.99. So you bet I got this from my local health store. 15280450729351299036104.jpg

Considering hospitals and operating rooms are probably the largest source of MRSA, I think you're whistling past the grave yard if you're only worried about Truck Stop showers. In fact I'll go so far as to say "maybe frequent Truck Stop showers are the antibiotic that beats MRSA".

If hospitals can't contain or kill it, I'm not going to waste any energy or time worrying about it. Life's too short to worry about #### you can't avoid.

I guess most Medical Doctors are idiots. A doctor wouldn't normally prescribe a probiotic to supplement an antibiotic unless you're experiencing gastric distress due to antibiotic side effects. The vast majority of people can tolerate antibiotics with little to no side effects. Of course, follow the advice of your physician, regardless of what is discussed and hypothesized on trucking forums.

Thanks doc. But really why not take probiotics along with antibiotic course? I've discussed this with doctors. Antibiotics do not discriminate what bacteria they kill. And a healthy gut is consider by doctors to be 75% of our immune system health.

Well if you look up psoriasis its actually due to a over active immune system. I hardly ever get sick which I guess is one of the side effects at least for me.

But yea I'm gonna start taking some vitamins and so forth.

    Oldironfan Thanks this.
