Heard a rumor Heniff is buying Miller and MILs

I was told the exact same thing about the financing.

What I was tol

Almost a year ago early june we had a safety meeting at that meeting we found out about the closing of the Alsip term and the move to Lansing.
After that meeting I was talking with our regional managers and was told that Heniff wanted to double in size within a year. And they Did.
BOb jr. Has recently took on a couple of investors but he still owns 51% of Heniff.
The rumors about him buying Dedicated are no longer valid, As Dana purchased Dedicated.

 

Anyone have any more info on the Heniff Miller purchase?

 

Bob SR told me it would take several months to merge. And that would make Heniff 4th largest. That was about six weeks ago

 

Also just heard Heniff purchased some land with 4 rail railroad access near I55 in Wilmington.
Thinking all the Iso tanks will move there

 

If that's the case, could they be getting into transload work?

 

I was thinking that too. I think miller does it in Mississippi

 

Why else but property next to RR tracks, right?

 

Transloading and iso tank would be the fit if it was me
