hazmat tanker

    I have a fuel and lube truck with 1000 gal of diesel in it. I need to haul it on a lowboy in FL.. It is placarded and driver has hazmat / tanker endorsement. legal or not?

    Sounds good. As long as the proper placards (flammable 1863) and the truck is properly tied down.
    Should be good to go.

    Remember the company is supposed to provide 'function specific' haz mat training above and beyond what is required for an endorsement.

    The driver should be familiar with the basic operation of the tanker and have spill reporting info, etc.
