Rolling up car windows and almost got a DUI. Thank God!!!!

We have some of the stupidest laws in this country. You can get arrested for that bs yet they turn a blind eye to crimes being committed at the border everyday. Makes me believe everyday this country is no longer the greatest anymore

 

You can get a ticket on private property. Guess how I know.

 

Depends on the state. Mine was dismissed.

 

Well you can get a ticket anywhere for anything. Just like you can get arrested for anything the cops pulls out of his ###. But that doesn't mean the charges will stick.

It's the cops job to arrest and give tickets. It's the courts job to sort them out into valid and invalid. Guilty and not guilty.

 

Absolutely agree , I was a Deputy Sheriff and I saw people get tickets that no way they would be convicted if they were to contest it.The problem is the time and money to fight it. I think if the State writes you a ticket or arrested you and you are not convicted they should pick up the tab

 

gotta love a volkswagen, you can roll up all the windows by holding the door-lock button on the remote entry thing. Don't even have to leave the house, I do it from the sofa at first sign of rain. hah!

Thats "some Good Stuff". Reminds me of this Friend Of the Family we had.He was on the Kansas City Fire Dept.We"ll he "banked " all his money.He moved to a "Sketchy neighborhood" down off Prospect.He didnt wanna pay normal rent! It was cheap $250 month.Anyway,he got burglarized Twice.Eventually just left the doors unlocked.Word "Got around" that he had "NOTHING worth stealing.He wasnt bothered again

 

It kills me to agree with tucker, it really does..

 

Keys have to be in the ignition in some states for you to get a DWI. What if you have push button start/stop and you have no key to put into the ignition?
