Like paper work? Your a professional steering wheel holder. Why are you considering paperwork as part of your routine? It would interfere with your cat petting time. You need to keep white knuckling that dog food and battled water through.......

Wheew did that sound enough like an old timer for you.

The ground could be overfarmed and soil depleted of nutrients that vegetables used to get and give to us.

Paperwork is a snap. But I get tired of unpacking and repacking things, especially in the cooler. There's just not a lot of elbow room. some more space would just be awesome. I've even thought of just gutting the sleeper and doing a full custom, but then I gotta find just the right person if I ever sell it. Or if I do find drivers some day, somebody is going wtf is this?

O.K. on a more serious note.

A driver I know pulls the passengers side cabinets out and bolts in a homemade stack that includes his "kitchen". Cabinets are wide enough that he has to slide the passengers side forward a little. Has 2 pull out drawers. One for food prep, One for office.

HMM maybe I should make a kitchen kit and start selling them so I can stop being a new age trucker........

Tank, Pump, and small sink in front of the passengers seat? Open the passengers door to fill and drain.

edit: Replace passengers seat with the setup out of a tent trailer?

Nah needs to be outside. Or perhaps under the bunk. This is what I'm referring to in regard to space. I make a lot of salads in the truck, but all I can do is use paper towels for clean up, and bottle of water to wipe down knife. The actual salad I put in a paper bowl or plate the dispose of that along with plastic fork.
