"Currency and Drug checkpoint ahead. Drug dogs in use."
Resplendant with thier fake police light LEDs flashing on little sticks a mile down the road at night.

Iowa used to do that drug check thing at Davenport on 80 from time to time ....a few miles before the rest area ...then they would hide and watch for people stopping or throwing dope out their windows .
Oxbow, blairandgretchen, Suspect Zero and 2 others Thank this. -
I had a over zealous local try to give me an inspection one time. It kind of went south when he asked for registration, I handed him my cab card, and he didn't even know what it was. Tried to say it was a fake registration, thinking a truck registration was supposed to look like a regular auto registration. He made a phone call, handed all my paperwork back, and begrudgingly sent me on my way. He didn't have a clue what he was doing.
Dave_in_AZ Thanks this.
