You all knows brokers run a program that all brokers can see ,if driver is always late, always need money, will not answer phone in route will run for cheap like this drive will haul for 1 22 a mile or this driver will not haul for less thsn 3.00 a mile but will get on by time everytime.
So please keep your hauling cheap loads ,cause someone will haul it cheap my aa well be you instead of me.
When your broker lost your wife house and paying child support you will figure it out cause you sold yourself into slave labor.

Not all brokers are evil. I know a few places you'll get a higher rate going thru a broker than getting it off a board.

True. I get a good rate from a broker in an area where everything is 2mi 24/7 365days a week. Usually 3.50 and the loads are under 30k . He post his loads they don't last long. Or you call and snatch 1 up if your in his area. Once in awhile I get a load from the farm to the warehouse. Then reload from the warehouse to Wal Marts and its all good.

Interesting piece of history. This was that golden 2014 when rates were described as wonderful. This year rates are better, also considering the fact that at the time fuel prices were still higher, they also went down dynamically that year but more towards the end of it. However, the thread was originated at the beginning of that year too.

    Brettj3876 Thanks this.

@windsmith those rates seem comparable to what you been seeing? I know we run the same lanes but for diff carriers

And @Ruthless @rank and anyone else in the northeast those rates are a bit above avg but nothing spectacular right?
