The moderators on this forum at times are a bit sensitive. Whatever you do, don't pick on one of them or you get a dreaded "infraction." Been there! Specifically, don't ever tell someone to "grow a ###"

Thanks for the updates and the latest week posted!

Wise advise, I too have picked up an occasional "infraction".

I digress and bow to their infinite wisdom.

Thanks, Ever! Didn't think I'd make it back either! LOL....

I've was miserably seperated from my hubby for a couple of weeks as I went to trucking school and got my CDL . As I was training with my trainer at Marten, I kept feeling queasy and I know I wasn't nervous or stressed. In fact, I'm comfortable driving a truck after being on the truck for several years. The trainee would put me behind the wheel in the afternoon and I'd start to get so sick to the stomach and pulled over to vomit........ My trainer said to me, 'are you sure you aren't baking anything in there?'...I said, no, how could I be??....... Well, after a few days, I decided to go see the dr and sure enough I'm pregnant...Not only am I baking one but TWO.... Little girls. I'm in shock, here we were ready to team and now I'm going to be a stay at home mother. How on earth am I going to do this? I have so many mixed feelings about the whole thing. Especially with the fact that I love the road. Why didn't we have kids 10 years ago when my husband was a programmer? Shrug.... Oh well, I was in tears (and it's not like me) & I tried to call husband knowing that he doesn't talk on the cell while he drives so I had to wait all day for his call and to finally tell him... He could hear it in my voice and said ' who died'? Dang did I sound that bad??? ROFL I told him the news and he is way MORE excited than I am... ROFL....... Oh well, I guess I am not going to be driving now. :(

Anyways, before all this happened, we were stuck iin a snow storm in Portland, OR for a couple of days. And then when we were finally able to get out, we delivered our load to CA...With the storms going on, dispatch said he wanted us to get our miles in and asked if we could do him a favor....Run this load to Michigan. We said sure, and took the load and delivered it.... Then, we took a load to Alabama, and then to Kentucky and to Missouri. (Boy that one was interesting -- It was under ground kinda like mines out of rock). Then back to California..... Then back to Oregon and I was dropped off for training...... I'm now on the truck with my husband but not for much longer.

    Thanks for your concern....
