Volvo charts say replace def injector every 200,000 I think.
You may have a big problem? You may have antifreeze being sprayed into the dpf, which will melt your dpf.
Did you look at dpf after it was cleaned? You may want to look at it now?

Most of the time u get that fault it’s the nox sensor acting up. If u drive your own truck u can push it as long as u want. If u have a driver then replace it I replace mine every couple of years just to avoid tow bills kind of hard to tell the driver to unplug speed sensor so it’s up to u no effect on dpf since nox sensors are ace components
KB3MMX Thanks this. -

Ok but being I shift can it still be unplugged?

As far as I know I'm not a shop tech weasel. 3 things go through you Def injector Def,Fuel, and antifreeze to keep it cool.
After 200,000 miles seals or what not can go bad causing coolant to get to your DPF melting it like glass after a while. -
yes it can still be unplugged the ishift gets speed from abs not from speed sensor cruise and engine brake wont work the truck will loose 20 percent power but it will still drive.
