Old compressor wasn't cooling well. Before installing new compressor yesterday went thru and cleaned evap, condenser, low and high side lines. Installed new dryer. The new compressor came with 190c.c. pag 46 oil. The system calls for roughly 10oz oil so I added 3.5 oz to dryer inlet and filled with 3.75 pounds Freon. At home was blowing cold st 58° the high pressure side would shut of compressor clutch at 355 psi and come back on at 300psi along with high speed of fan just like the old compressor was doing. Now I leave Florida and get to South Carolina and my relief valve on back of compressor purging Freon/oil out everytime compressor starts up or clutch engages. Anyone had this problem? Look forward to response.
Thanks

sounds like a blockage. did you flush lines. flushing condenser really is a waste of time and money. go with new parts.
-
thats 134a charts
-
did you pull a vaccuum did you change out orifice tube.
-
Yep this helps, when I get home check with gauges again on pressure. Could be expansion valve.
Thanks -
could have blockage in condenser also. also expansion valve if you have one like you said.
-
Yep, evacuated system and no leaks cleaned all lines with Ac flushing fluid with injector gun air bottle. I don't think this truck has orifice tube just expansion valve.

use that chart. pic on bottom goes first then top. how did you flush it. disconnected and flush or flush with all together

Condenser was replaced 3 months ago to a pinhole leak but I flushed out all seem to be fine with it.
